Prior to shipping, we inspect the ordered items carefully before shipping. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.

Returns

Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your order once the order has been made.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we're not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.

You are able to return a product if it is unused and still in the same condition as when you received it. It must also still be in the original package.
