As much as we love the new 4th Gen Toyota Tacoma, our initial durability testing did reveal one weakness in the OE suspension. We discovered that the front upper shock mount and shock stem bushing may fail under hard use. So, we developed this Top Plate Reinforcement Kit to remedy this issue and prevent such damage. This kit supports and reinforces the factory upper shock mount. It will also capture and retain the shock stem bushing if a failure does occur. The ICON 2023-2024 Ford Super Duty OnBoard Scales Sensor Bracket Kit allows fitment of the front ride height sensor linkage to the ICON Fabricated Radius Arm System. Designed to correct the sensor position for 2.5-3.5” of front lift and ensures proper function of the OnBoard Scales system. Fabricated from CNC laser cut and brake formed steel plate, this sensor bracket clamps to the outside of the ICON radius arms for secure and stable fitment. ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2023 Chevrolet Tahoe/Suburban and 2021-2023 GMC Yukon/Yukon XL suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on and off-road. With wheel travel and ride quality in mind, ICON engineers researched each component of the vehicle platform’s suspension and addressed any areas where performance could be extracted. This Stage 2 system includes vehicle-specific tuned front and rear 2.5 Series coilover shocks featuring internal reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. These coilovers are also height adjustable from 2.5-3.25” of front lift and 3-4” of rear lift over stock for an aggressive stance and allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. ICON 2.5 Series coilover shocks feature a vehicle-specific valving that balances the performance of the truck from front to rear. Billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms not only add strength and durability but help retain factory alignment specs and offer on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment. The system also includes fabricated rear toe links for proper rear-end alignment at the new, taller ride heights, ensuring optimal handling. Additionally, ICON offers the necessary components to make this system compatible with all submodels and configurations that these vehicles are offered from the manufacturer, including those equipped with Magnetic Ride control and/or Adaptive Air Ride suspension.
